Hi, I’m Erik Zakarian, founder of Realica, a real estate visual media company proudly serving the Seattle–Tacoma area.
Realica was built on a simple belief: every property has a story worth telling. Our job is to help tell that story through compelling photography, video, and visual marketing that captures attention and inspires confidence. After all, first impressions matter—especially when they’re competing with dozens of other listings and a buyer scrolling at lightning speed.

We are passionate about creating exceptional visual content, but we believe great service is just as important as great images. Cameras, drones, and editing software are wonderful tools, but they can’t replace responsiveness, reliability, and genuine care for the people we serve.
For me, Realica is about more than real estate media. It’s about helping people succeed, supporting local businesses and professionals, and making the process enjoyable along the way. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves too seriously. We believe a positive attitude, a little creativity, and the occasional well-timed joke can make any project better.
